“Wander more… worry less!”
We’re thrilled to share that we—Chris & Lindsay, owners of Baja Amigos and authors of RVing and Camping the Baja Peninsula guidebook —are hosting an intimate and exclusive RV caravan tour through Baja in February–March 2026! This unique journey is designed in our signature style, featuring incredible whale and wildlife encounters, plenty of time on the beach, and a unique opportunity to experience the heart of Baja by supporting local nonprofits through volunteering or donation drop-offs.
Our caravan departs the U.S., crossing into Mexico via the Tecate border on February 22, 2026, for a 35-day roundtrip adventure, returning on March 28, 2026. We’ll visit Baja’s top attractions along the way, including an optional stop at our Annual Wander to Baja RV Meetup on Playa El Tecolote.
You’ll experience the best of Baja’s landscapes, activities, and cuisine while enjoying a mix of group camping, free time, and immersive cultural experiences. Each day, we’ll guide you, answer questions, and share everything we know about RVing and camping in Baja—ensuring you feel confident and prepared every step of the way.
We handle all the planning, so all you have to do is wake up, get ready, and enjoy the adventure! Our itinerary balances structure with flexibility, allowing you to customize your experience and maximize your time in this incredible part of the world.
Join us to explore, learn, and embrace the magic of Baja with a group of like-minded travelers. We can’t wait to share this journey with you!
